PRICE IS RIGHT CONTESTANT MAKES GAME SHOW HISTORY WITH RECORD-BREAKING WIN QT🎉🔥

A RETIRED veteran has just made history on The Price Is Right by winning the largest single amount in the game’s 54-year history.

Named only as ‘Vanesa from Virginia’ the retired vet won more than $240,000 in cash and prizes on a special Mother’s Day edition of the CBS game show.

Host Drew Carey told Vanesa, “Happy retirement,” as the shocked mom fell to the floor and constantly looked over to her daughter for support.

Vanesa managed to break the incredible record thanks to some brave, but risky, game play in the show’s newest segment, The Lion’s Share.

The Price is Right introduced the game last year which is a partnership with BetMGM and requires players to enter a chamber where they have to guess the price of grocery items to earn up to five balls.

The balls they’ve earned then reveal the prizes they’ve won for that round and players can choose to keep those winnings or risk it all to keep playing.

Which is exactly what Vanessa did in a risky choice that could have cost her everything.

Vanesa admitted the game was “huge for me” and started by winning $2,500, then $25,000 and two lots of $100,000.

She also won a trip for two to Morocco worth almost $13,000 bringing her total winnings to $240,150, breaking the previous record of $210,000 which was won in 2016.

Vanesa was shocked when the big numbers kept rolling in and cried as she realized her life would be changed forever.

“Vanesa, nice job,” Drew told her. “Almost a quarter mil. Nice job… That’s amazing. Happy retirement.”

After a commercial break, Drew told Vanesa and the studio audience that she had broken a record in the show’s long history.

“Just so you know, Vanesa, she won $240,150 in cash and prizes, which makes her the biggest pricing game winner in Price is Right daytime history,” he said. “Congratulations.”

Vanesa later added in a statement: “From ‘Come on Down’ to playing ‘The Lion’s Share,’ it all felt so surreal – a dream moment that only kept getting bigger.

“I was nervous, excited and everything at once. Winning over $200,000 is life changing. I plan to invest wisely, enjoy a little and treat my mom to a special surprise.”
