“MOLLY-MAE’S SECOND BABY SPARKS FRESH FAMILY DRAMA” New Rift With Tommy Fury’s Family Leaves Fans Stunned

MOLLY-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury may be in a love bubble after welcoming their second baby – but insiders claim a new rift has developed that has left Tommy’s family feeling left out.

The Love Island star, 27, who welcomed her second child, Midas, at the start of the month, is understood to be experiencing some tension with her Irish traveller in-laws and wider extended family.

A source told The Sun: “Some family members on the Fury side feel they have not been able to spend as much time with baby Midas as they would have liked.

“The arrival of their second child has done little to ease some long-running differences between Molly Mae and members of Tommy’s family.

“Ultimately, Molly comes from a different world to Tommy, and in spite of the best of efforts at times, there have always been difficulties blending their worlds and their wider families.

“There is ongoing grumbling and remarks over family expectations and how much time – or lack of it – Tommy’s family get to spend with the children.

TWO MUCH

Molly-Mae Hague confirms she doesn’t want any more kids

“They had hoped to be a much bigger part of the children’s lives, but, in their eyes, that hasn’t happened as much as they would like and there’s some hurt behind the scenes.”

That said, a pal of Molly’s tells us nobody has been shut out. “Molly would never exclude Tommy’s family. She loves them and wants them to feel they are always welcome at her home.

“That said, she is still getting used to being a mum of two and wants to be in her own little bubble with Tommy and Bambi for a bit. She doesn’t want anyone to feel hurt by that, but she just wants to enjoy this time as a family of four for a while they find their feet.”

Despite the best of intentions on both sides, however, another family source tells us there are key cultural differences between Molly and Tommy’s relatives which have caused some raised eyebrows.

“There are also very different views about family and what the future should look like and Molly’s comments about not wanting any more children have gone down really badly – it’s become a real talking point within the family.”

In a recent vlog shared on her YouTube channel, Molly revealed she is keen to stop at two children.

She told viewers she is “ready to stop at two”, explaining that she has always felt two children would be enough for her ever since she was young.

Molly said: “I’m 99.99 per cent sure I only want to have two children. So, as much as I want to give Bambi a sister… I also feel like I’m ready to stop at two.”

But Tommy’s mum has been left “particularly upset about those comments from Molly,” the source revealed.

“Tommy’s mum doesn’t think she should have said it, it’s not what they do in their family, they have lots of children and their world revolves around them.

“She knows Molly lives her life online but she’s also old fashioned and thinks some things shouldn’t be said publicly – she believes things about the children should remain private,” the source added.

Not only are the family disappointed that Molly might stop at two kids, but they are annoyed that Tommy is around less.

“Some members of Tommy’s family feel their son is spending less and less time with them. Obviously he has a lot on with his fight training and being a dad of two, but whether that’s fair or not, there’s a perception that he’s become more and more distant.

“The dynamics were already somewhat challenging to navigate, but recent events have heightened emotions. Tommy’s mum and dad were hoping things would improve but they have been left disappointed by how little progress has been made.”

The source went on: “Everyone loves the children, which is why emotions are running so high. There is a feeling that they’re missing out on precious time that they can’t get back. They’re a very close family and they want to keep things that way.

We reported that there was tension between Molly and the Fury family last year before she got pregnant with Midas.

When Molly struggled with motherhood last year after Bambi had a huge temper tantrum, this bothered her in-laws.

A source told us at the time: “Within the Travelling community, having a big family with lots of children is the norm.

“Tommy’s relatives have been hopeful that he and Molly will have more children after getting back on track.

“They care about her so much and are concerned, but also worried about how publicly she’s venting about motherhood.”
