It has been anything but smooth sailing for Arsenal, who have had to navigate ups and downs throughout the campaign to get their hands on the trophy.

Their road to glory has been paved with VAR controversy, familiar slip-ups and ongoing injury issues.

But the Gunners, crucially, had the quality and fight to end up top of the tree in the midst of all of that.

Below, SunSport Arsenal Reporter Joshua Hall guides you through every game to tell the story of how Arsenal won the league…

This game marked the arrival of Viktor Gyokeres. The Swede bagged a double as Arsenal blew Leeds away at the Emirates to flex their attacking muscles.

Aug 31, 2025: Liverpool 1 – 0 Arsenal

Martin Zubimendi’s double and another Gyokeres goal saw Arsenal shake off defeat to Liverpool and start a welcome habit of bouncing back from poor results.

Pep Guardiola was forced to park the bus as Arsenal peppered shots at Gianluigi Donnarumma and had 68 PER CENT possession. Martinelli’s 92nd- minute equaliser rescued a point, but the Gunners deserved three.
