Victoria Beckham’s children honoured her as she celebrated her 52nd birthday in Miami, while eldest son Brooklyn Beckham failed to commemorate the day
Victoria Beckham was honoured by some of her children as she celebrated her 52nd birthday on a holiday to Miami, a day after addressing her family feud with son Brooklyn.
It was a bittersweet celebration for the Spice Girl-turned fashion designer following the public fall-out with her eldest son, Victoria was treated to a lavish three course meal with a menu created just for her.
Putting the family drama to one side, the fashion designer jetted out to the US with her loved ones to ring in her big day. Victoria wore a custom navy jersey dress from her own line, complete with peep-toe heels for their private dinner.
She headed to Italian restaurant Casadonna where her entourage feasted on filet mignon, grilled octopus, branzino and a selection of salads. Daughter Harper joined in the fun and gave her mum a huge hug before they tucked into a stunning white birthday cake. Victoria was clearly thrilled to have the 14-year-old by her side, sharing a sweet snap with the caption: “Love you so much @harperbeckham.”
Although Brooklyn has been notably silent on his mum’s day, the rest of the family flocked to make her feel loved. Cruz Beckham dug into the archives for an adorable shot, alongside which he wrote: “Happy birthday @victoriabeckham I love you xx you inspire me everyday.”
Romeo Beckham followed suit with a selection of throwbacks on his own Instagram page, paired with the message: “Happy birthday mum love you so so much have the best day.”
David Beckham uploaded an iconic picture of Victoria from her Spice Girls days, stating: “Happy Birthday to the one & only Posh Spice. We love you so much and we will make sure you have the most special day because as the best Wife , Mum , friend & of course gym partner you deserve too. Happy Birthday We Love You @victoriabeckham.”
He also couldn’t resist poking fun at his wife’s viral Netflix meme on his stories, with a picture of her posing in front of her dad’s Rolls Royce, adding: “To my working class wife. We love you. Be honest.”
Brooklyn noticeably shunned the celebrations and instead shared a cooking tutorial on social media where he prepared a salmon dish. Things have been frosty between the family following his explosive statement earlier this year, in which he called out his parents for “controlling narratives” in the media.
