Eric Trump Says He’s Suing Jen Psaki Over China Claims! QT

President Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump said Friday he intends to sue MS NOW and host Jen Psaki, accusing the network of spreading “blatant lies” about his role in a company tied to a reported China business deal.

“I intend to sue [Jen Psaki] and [MS NOW] over the below clip,” the younger Trump posted on X.

Eric Trump was responding to remarks Psaki made during her show “The Briefing,” where she discussed his presence on the president’s trip to Beijing this week and suggested there could be conflicts of interest involving a company called ALT5 Sigma.

In a lengthy post, Trump flatly denied Psaki’s claims and said he has never served on the company’s board.

“To be clear: Contrary to her monolog and blatant lies, I have NEVER been on the board of ALT5 — not now, not ever,” Eric Trump wrote. “Any person with basic access to Google and willing to open a company’s annual report or proxy statements would know this.”

“I have had zero involvement in any merger discussions involving any public entity I do not run or control,” he continued. “I have zero business interests in China. No properties, no investments, nothing!”

“I joined this trip for one reason: as a loving son who adores my father and wouldn’t miss being by his side for this incredible moment,” Trump added. “During the bilateral talks [Lara Trump] and I went to the Great Wall of China.”

During her segment, Psaki claimed Eric Trump was “on the board” of ALT5 Sigma while showing footage of him and Donald Trump Jr. ringing the Nasdaq opening bell alongside the company’s branding.

Bloomberg previously reported Eric Trump had been listed as a board observer and adviser for ALT5 Sigma Corp., a Las Vegas-based fintech company that later rebranded as AI Financial Corp. He was reportedly removed from the company’s website in April.

ALT5 entered into a partnership last year with World Liberty Financial, the crypto venture launched by President Trump and his sons.

Psaki also referenced a Financial Times report claiming a company linked to the Trump family was exploring a possible deal with a Chinese chipmaker that some lawmakers have alleged has ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

“Guess where Trump’s adult son, Eric, is right now? Well, he’s with his father in China,” Psaki said during the broadcast before alleging potential conflicts involving Trump family business ventures.

She later added, “But it certainly seems like Eric might be getting a little more than just quality time with his dad out of this China trip, doesn’t it?”

Eric Trump’s threat of legal action comes as his father has continued aggressively pushing back against major media organizations through the courts.

The president has already reached settlement agreements with Paramount and ABC and continues to pursue several other legal cases against media outlets, including an ongoing defamation suit against the BBC.
