Black Swan actress Natalie Portman is already mom to her children Aleph and Amalia from her marriage to Benjamin Millepied, and now she and Tanguy Destable are expecting a child

Natalie Portman and her partner Tanguy Destable are expecting a child together as the actress has revealed she is pregnant.
The 44-year-old Holywood star said she feels “lucky’ and “grateful” to be having her third child, which she publicly confirmed on Friday, April 17, 2026. She split from her husband Benjamin Millepied in 2023 in a high-profile divorce that was finalized in 2024.
The Black Swan star is already mother to Aleph, 14, and Amalia, nine, from her marriage to the French dancer and choreographer. Following their break up, it was reported that Millepied had moved on very quickly, but Portman apparently wasn’t surprised.
In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Portman said, “Tanguy and I are very excited,” before adding, “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle.”
The couple, who live in Paris, were first romantically linked in March 2025, a year after the Oscar-winning actress’s highly publicized divorce was finalized.

Tanguy Destable is a French electronic music producer who goes by the moniker Tepr. The 45-year-old has two children, 10-year-old Étienne and 6-year-old Vadim, from a previous relationship with French actress Louis Bourgoin.
The daughter of a fertility doctor, Natalie described growing up hearing about women’s difficulties getting pregnant. “And so I know how lucky it is,” she said. “I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.”
She went on to say that she’s been feeling energized and has found a new sense of appreciation at this stage in life. “There is a gratitude that when you’re young, you don’t necessarily grasp,” she explained.

“And there’s a calm and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me that makes the experience so beautiful every day. And knowing it’s probably the last time, I cherish every moment.”
The Marvel star had a very public divorce from her ex-husband after 11 years of marriage, after rumors spread that he had an affair with a 25-year-old French climate activist. Their divorce was finalized in 2024, a year before she would meet her future partner Tanguy.
Despite taking it slow during her pregnancy, the actress has multiple projects lined up, including the Cathy Yan-directed film The Gallerist, which is slated for release in late 2026, and Netflix’s Good Sex, directed by Lena Dunham and starring Portman alongside rom-com veterans Mark Ruffalo, Meg Ryan, and Rashida Jones, which comes out in early 2027.
