In a stunning statement following the dramatic finale of I’m A Celebrity South Africa, Adam Thomas’ wife, Caroline, has branded David Haye and Jimmy Bullard a “pack of vultures” after the chaotic showdown between her husband and the two former campmates.

The dramatic final saw Adam, 37, tearfully crowned Jungle Legend after a highly charged live show, which was marred by a bitter dispute involving Jimmy and David. The feud escalated during the finale, where Jimmy accused Adam of being “abusive, aggressive, and intimidating” in a heated argument captured in the pre-recorded footage.
Adding fuel to the fire, David also reignited the feud, taking fresh swipes at Adam earlier in the week. However, it was Caroline’s statement following the explosive scenes that has now taken center stage.

In a heartfelt post on social media, Caroline shared her outrage, saying, “What should have been a night of celebration for everyone, turned into a glimpse of a real jungle, watching a pack of vultures attack!”

She continued, “I have never ever seen anything like the vile display that was demonstrated live on national television last night, on what is supposed to be a loved family show full of laughter and fun! Not one bit of that was fun, or ‘banter.’ As a wife, my heart is breaking, and I will forever be horrified at what I had to sit and watch my husband go through.”

Despite the intense situation, Caroline praised Adam for his resilience, adding, “Even though Adam, the kindest, most loving person, was breaking inside, he somehow found a strength to stay calm, composed, and once again stand up for himself. So congratulations, my baby, on continuing to stay true to yourself.”
Caroline also stated that Adam would celebrate his I’m A Celeb victory “when he’s ready” and highlighted his remarkable journey, acknowledging the struggles her husband endured throughout the show.

Earlier, Adam himself shared an emotional message with his followers, revealing how the series “nearly broke him,” but also expressed gratitude for staying true to his values despite the onslaught of drama. “I’ve realized that when people try to dim your light, it says more about them than it ever will about you,” he wrote.
The fallout from the finale continued as Jimmy Bullard defended his actions, claiming his exit from the show was motivated by personal reasons and the financial implications tied to the terms of his contract. Jimmy, 47, further explained that quitting during the trial guaranteed him full pay, while leaving in camp would have resulted in a reduced payout.
The tense atmosphere was heightened when I’m A Celebrity hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly gave Jimmy the floor to address his explosive row with Adam, during which Jimmy continued to argue that he did not stand for “aggressive” behavior. However, Adam later apologized for his own role in the confrontation, claiming the situation was an emotional response.
Throughout the night, fans and campmates alike were caught up in the swirling drama, with Caroline’s emotional plea reflecting the intense feelings behind the scenes.
This explosive finale comes after weeks of conflict among the campmates, especially between Adam and David Haye, with many viewers accusing the latter of bullying Adam during their time together in the South African jungle.
With the fallout still ongoing, Adam has confirmed that he is now receiving therapy for the emotional toll the experience has taken on him, sharing that he had been deeply affected by the toxic dynamics in the camp.
