The drama in I’m A Celebrity… South Africa reached new heights on April 20, as Adam Thomas found himself at the centre of an emotional showdown with Jimmy Bullard after a fiery bust-up during a Bushtucker Trial.
The explosive clash unfolded when Adam and Jimmy teamed up for the challenging Rancid Run trial. Things took a dramatic turn when Jimmy, visibly shaken, pulled out of the task, leaving Adam to face it alone.
“I don’t think I’ve got it in me,” Jimmy admitted, declaring he wanted to leave the show entirely.
Adam, furious at the lack of support, stormed over and confronted Jimmy, shouting: “Are you taking the [bleep]? Are you taking the [bleep]?”
The tension only escalated when Jimmy tried to calm Adam, calling his reaction “pathetic.” That’s when Adam snapped, letting out his frustration: “I’m in there getting covered in [bleeping] ants!”
The heated row left the camp in shock, and the trial came to a sudden halt. Afterward, Adam couldn’t hold back his emotions and broke down in tears. Scarlett Moffatt rushed to comfort him, encouraging him: “Go out with grace because you’re a strong man.”
When Ant and Dec arrived, the group was told they could vote whether Adam should stay. In a unanimous decision, they chose to keep him in the competition.
Adam, visibly emotional, thanked his campmates: “I appreciate that, guys. Thank you.”
