AN E-SCOOTER rider crashed into a police officer outside Buckingham Palace as both were rushed to hospital.
Cops cornered off the scene which left a police hat and a black e-scooter in its wake.

The crash happened yesterday at 4pm at the bottom of Constitution Hill.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene as the rider and the copper, both male, were taken to a major trauma centre.
Patrolling police were heard shouting to a cyclist “get out, you’re in a crime scene”, the BBC reports.
As the palace was not flying the Royal Standard, King Charles is thought not to have been in at the time.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We sent an ambulance crew, incident response officer and dispatched London Air Ambulance via car to the scene.
“We treated two males at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
A Met Police spokesperson added: “Both the rider of the e-scooter and the police officer were taken to hospital. Their injuries were assessed as non-life threatening and non-life changing.
“The scene of the incident was cordoned off while the level of injuries was confirmed.”
