Bond Girl Jane Seymour, 75, sparks rumours she’s engaged as she shows off huge sparkler on red carpet with her boyfriend
FORMER Bond Girl Jane Seymour, 75, has sparked massive rumours she might be secretly engaged.
The stunning Live and Let Die actress displayed a huge sparkler on her engagement ring finger while posing on the red carpet at a recent event with her boyfriend of almost three years.
Jane posed with John Zambetti as they attended the 33rd Annual Race to Erase MS Gala at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles last week.
The stunning and ageless actress flashed a huge diamond ring on her wedding finger as she posed up a storm and packed on PDA with her beau at the event.
Jane began wearing the sparkler earlier this year but has yet to comment on it.
She told the paper: “I am in a committed, healthy, loving relationship and I feel blessed.
“I am so lucky to be this happy, especially at this time in my life.”
She also swooned over how it felt like destiny that they met in their seventies, gushing: “The timing is right.”
Jane and John were set up on a blind date by mutual friends and their children
Their respective sons had previously hung out together, which is likely how the couple got set up with one another.
Their first date was at a Shwayze concert in Malibu in August 2023.
Each month on the 4th, the couple celebrate the anniversary of their first date.
Speaking to Hello magazine last year, Jane opened up further about their romance.
“In my parents’ generation, and I think a lot of people, they reach a certain age and they go, ‘That’s not part of our life any more, and it’s not necessary.’
“I just think, with maturity, you understand your body, you understand what feels good and you have knowledge, so put it down to that,” she said.
Jane played the role of Solitaire in the James Bond movie Live And Let Die in 1973.
Solitaire was a clairvoyant who possessed psychic abilities that enabled her to look into the future.
Though Jane didn’t audition for the role – the BBC bought her out of another series while embarking on their global search to find the right person to play the part.
Other films Jane has starred in include Somewhere in Time (1980), The Scarlett Pimpernel (1982), and La Revolution Francaise (1989).
Jane’s most recent prominent role was in Irish mystery series Harry Wild in 2024, where she starred as a retired literature teacher turned amateur detective.
